How can I create my own Canggu Studio account?
Can I get a refund?
Passes are non-refundable but they are transferable to a friend. Send an email to info@thecanggustudio.com with both full names.
Pass Validity:
Trial pack – 10 days from date of purchase
Double class pass – both classes must be used on the same day
5 & 10 class pass – 3 months only from first use
20 class passes – 6 months only from first use
30 day unlimited – 30 days from first use

Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes, you can cancel your reservation by logging into your account. Please try to give us 24 hours notice!
I never did sport before, can I join the classes?
Everyone is welcome at the Canggu Studio! If you are new to a class, or have any injuries or issues that may affect your ability in class, first of all please inform the teacher. And most importantly, LISTEN to your body. You are not obliged to keep up if things are too strong or fast. Go at your own pace and take the time you need. Consider taking a private class if you think it would help you.
I hurt myself in the studio
With buying the class pass you signed a contract, which said:
“Physical exercise can be strenuous and subject to risk of serious injury. We ask you to hereby agree that by participating in any physical exercise, classes or training activities at the Canggu Studio, you do so entirely at your own risk.”

Hey! Why are you filming?
We film a quick 15 second swoop of the class, or a cute Boomerang, to put in our stories to advertise our classes, and so people can have an idea of what the classes are about. If you do not wish to be filmed, please try to find a corner spot so you are easily avoided.
Can I pay with credit card?
Yes you can pay with credit card, local bank transfer or cash at the studio.
I want a private class!
Private classes are available for all our classes! Classes are scheduled based on the availability of the teacher and the studio – usually between 12pm and 4pm, when we have no regular classes running.
Prices start from 650k to 950k, depending on the teacher. For small groups, the price will depend on how many you are.
Advance payment is required to confirm the booking. We can accept local bank transfer, with a screenshot of the receipt sent for confirmation, Wise transfer or you can also pass by the studio to pay in cash if you prefer.
ALL PRIVATE CLASSES MUST BE PAID IN ADVANCE OR YOUR BOOKING IS NOT GUARANTEED.
Cancellation policy:
– More than 2 days before: 100% refund
– The day before: 50% refund
– The day of: no refund Packages of privates are valid 3 months & non refundable.
I want to rent the Studio!
Only when there are no classes on. Please, check the schedule before asking.
