Can I get a refund?
Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes, you can cancel your reservation by logging into your account. Please try to give us 24 hours notice!
I never did sport before, can I join the classes?
Everyone is welcome at the Canggu Studio! If you are new to a class, or have any injuries or issues that may affect your ability in class, first of all please inform the teacher. And most importantly, LISTEN to your body. You are not obliged to keep up if things are too strong or fast. Go at your own pace and take the time you need. Consider taking a private class if you think it would help you.
I hurt myself in the studio
With buying the class pass you signed a contract. Which said
Because physical exercise can be strenuous and subject to risk of serious injury, we ask you to hereby agree that by participating in any physical exercise, classes or training activities at the Canggu Studio, you do so entirely at your own risk.

Hey! Why are you filming?
We film a quick 15 second swoop of the class, or a cute Boomerang, to put in our stories to advertise our classes, and so people can have an idea of what the classes are about. If you do not wish to be filmed, please try to find a corner spot so you are easily avoided.
Can I pay with credit card?
Yes you can pay with credit card, local bank transfer or cash at the studio.
