This is a Vinyasa based yoga class that focuses on the hip area to improve circulation, flexibility and range of movement in the hips, legs and back.
Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic yoga practice that connects one asana (postures) to the next using the breath. This can be thought of as flowing into postures. Vinyasa classes offer a variety of postures in a sequence and it is not a ‘fixed sequence’ like Ashtanga or Bikram yoga which has the same sequence every time. The variable nature of Vinyasa helps develop a more balanced body, focus and presence mind as well as improving flexibility and strength
