CLASSICAL INDIAN ODISSI DANCE
This is an Odissi practice session, rather than a class for beginners. We will go through a calming and centring Vinyasa Krama Yoga sequence, warm up exercises specific to Odissi Chowka & Tribhangi stepping.
COME WEARING: comfortable yoga style clothes, preferably long leggings and a kurta tunic top or t-shirt – barefoot.
